The Reservation Process:

1. Look through this website: pictures, property descriptions, maps, availability and decide which home you want to rent. You can also call or email me anytime with specific questions and availability.

2. Fill out the Reservations/Booking form above

3. Then, I will email you the rental agreement for your approval. If it is okay, you can fax it back to me.

4. Payment is not due until 2 months before arrival. If your rental is within two months, you need to send in payment to confirm your rental. If your rental is after two months, you can send in payment two months before arrival.

5. About 2 weeks before arrival, you can pay the $500 refundable security deposit which will be returned to you about 2 weeks after your stay.

Prices: The prices for this vacation home are above. Vacation rental homes have lots of different prices depending on length of stay, high season or low season or holidays. Please call or email if you have any questions.

Confirmation of your rental: Renting a vacation home is very different than renting a hotel room. A large hotel has lots of rooms and they rarely sell out except for major holidays. Your reservation is not confirmed until I receive your rental agreement and payment (if your rental is within 2 months). In the past I have had guests upset with me since they booked the home and did not send in payment or send in the rental agreement quickly enough. It is possible that more than one group wants to book this home. You are not confirmed for the reservation until I email you back that you are confirmed. So once you have had a decision, I recommend you take care of the paperwork as soon as you can. But you need to realize that these homes are very popular and they get sold out quickly.

The Pioneer House of South Lake Tahoe is a beautiful large vacation rental home that is located close to the Casinos of South Lake Tahoe and close to Heavenly Ski Resort.
