It is not too early to think about renting a vacation rental house in South Lake Tahoe for over New Years or Christmas. These homes always sell out and sometimes they sell out 10 months in advance. All three of these homes are close to the Casinos and close to Heavenly Ski Resort in South Lake Tahoe. The prices below reflect the discounted rates for early booking before summer. After summer time, I will raise the prices.

Other vacation rental companies in South Lake Tahoe demand half of the full payment upon booking. But if you want to book one of these vacation cabins, you do not need to send in any payment until end of September.
